Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern every purchase from DigitalBuddy.Store — trusted digital products and services. By completing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the policies below.

1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty applies only to the subscription or service provided with the account. If the subscription expires, is removed, or becomes inactive during the warranty period, it is covered. No other issues are covered unless explicitly stated.
2. No Warranty for Deactivation
Account deactivation is not covered under warranty.
3. Mail Security
Customers must secure the email immediately after delivery. Failure to secure the email voids the warranty. No replacement or refund will be provided.
4. Mail-Related Issues
No warranty is provided for disabled email, recovery issues, email suspension, private or own email problems, or any mail-related issues after delivery.
5. Unusual Activity
No warranty is provided for accounts affected by unusual or suspicious activity.
6. Warranty Duration
Unless otherwise stated, accounts include a 30-day subscription with a 25-day warranty. If a product specifies another warranty period (for example, 20 days), that period applies.
7. Refund Calculation
Refunds are calculated only according to the stated warranty period — not the subscription period. A 25-day warranty uses a 25-day calculation. A 20-day warranty uses a 20-day calculation. See our Refund Policy for the full request process.
8. Replacement Policy
If a valid claim is approved and a replacement is available, a replacement will be provided instead of a refund. Refunds are issued only when a replacement is unavailable.
9. Credits-Based Products
For credit-based products, compensation will be determined after reviewing the remaining validity period or remaining credits, whichever is deemed appropriate.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from DigitalBuddy.Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
